Beth Caldarello is a passionate real estate broker who has been serving the Santa Fe community since 2016. Having grown up in the Sonoran Desert, Beth fell in love with Santa Fe's unique blend of art, history, and culture, making it her home for the past decade. She was appointed the 2023 President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Santa Fe Chapter, where she organized outstanding monthly educational and networking events. Recognized for her exceptional service, she was named REALTOR® of the Year 2022 by the Santa Fe Association of REALTORS® (SFAR). In 2025 Beth opened the 150th franchise office of The Agency, The Agency Santa Fe, a goal that she is very proud of.
